PROFESIONALS FOR FMCG SUMMIT

PER_1627-iskra.jpg

Iskra Vetadžokoska

General Manager and Co-owner of Vitalia

I experience the FMCG Summit as a celebration of innovation and collaboration in our industry – a place where the energy of ambitious leaders fuels the vision for the future. Here we don’t just listen to the latest trends, we create them together: through bold ideas, real people, and genuine conversations that open the path toward new opportunities and better solutions for the market.

3.Sasko Samardzioski, Prilepska pivarnica

Sashko Samardžioski

General Manager of Prilep Brewery

The FMCG Summit represents one of the most relevant professional events in our sector, successfully bringing together key players from the industry in one place – manufacturers, retailers, distributors and marketing and sales experts. At the same time, FMCG Summit is a place where we get inspired, think beyond the everyday, and connect with people who share similar goals: to create value for consumers and to elevate the overall quality within the industry. For Prilep Brewery, events like this are important tools for continuous development and for positioning our products as part of a broader and more modern FMCG environment. What makes this event unique is the open communication between producers and retailers – something that is often lacking in day-to-day operational relations. I believe that such forums are crucial for building trust, understanding, and long-term partnerships, which ultimately contribute to a stronger and more organized retail ecosystem in Macedonia.

In a time of inflation, shifting consumer habits, and increasing competition, pricing has become one of the most powerful tools for sustainable growth. This presentation explores how companies can redefine their market approach through strategic repositioning and smart pricing models. It focuses on real examples and experiences that demonstrate how the right price can become the strongest driver of business development.

Darko Krkać – Technologies Transforming Retail

At the 11th FMCG Summit, Darko Krkać will present advanced software solutions for managing Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL), focusing on their integration into retail systems and the tangible business benefits they deliver. The session will also feature PIS mobileBOOM, as well as the company’s sales analytics software, which provides deeper insight into performance and supports more efficient, data-driven decision-making.

Marina Mihajlovska – From Strategy to Results: Performance Management as a Driving Force

Performance Management is not just a system for measuring results — it is a mechanism that keeps strategy relevant and effective. A strategy is not a document, but a way of thinking and acting that is translated into goals, numbers, and decisions. Through clear KPIs and the role of managers as strategy implementers, organizations can build a culture of impact, accountability, and continuous growth.

Roko Vodopija – Од план до профит: како компанијата да создаде повеќе од очекуваното

In today’s dynamic business environment, the true difference between success and mediocrity lies in execution. This presentation explores the path “from plan to result” – how companies can exceed their own expectations through clear strategy, effective leadership, and a culture of accountability. Do we always need managers, or true leaders?

Ognen Ognenovski – The FMCG Industry Landscape in North Macedonia

This presentation provides a clear overview of the current state and dynamics of the FMCG sector in Macedonia – from the number and structure of companies to their revenues, profits, and market trends. It highlights the largest and fastest-growing players, as well as key insights into profitability, financial stability, and employment trends. The analysis reveals how dynamic the sector is and what defines its strength and sustainability.

Toni RončevićIn-Store Branding: When Attention Turns into Sales

In a world overloaded with messages and limited attention, the moment of purchase has become crucial for success. In-store branding is more than visual impact – it is a strategy that guides consumer decisions. This presentation will demonstrate how effective in-store positioning, creative communication, and consistent brand presence can turn visibility into sales.

Dragan Teodorović  – Потрошувачките навики низ призма на глобалните и регионалните трендови

Consumer habits are changing faster than ever — influenced by global trends, economic shifts, and evolving local values. How do consumers behave today, what drives their choices, and how is loyalty built in an age of inflation and digital overload?

This presentation will explore the key global and regional trends shaping the future of the FMCG market and provide guidance on how companies can adapt to the new consumer reality.

Toni Balažič  – 7 Myths About Retail

In today’s fast-changing retail and FMCG world, many management decisions are still driven by outdated beliefs and “rules” that no longer work. This session challenges seven of the most common myths that often lead to short-sighted strategies, inefficient investments, or missed opportunities. Through practical examples and data-driven insights, the speaker will uncover what truly drives retail success—and why questioning what we “all know” can be the first step toward smarter growth.

Lunch Break

Primož Hvala  Marathon or Sprint? The Winning Mindset in Sales

Just like in long-distance running, success requires strategy, focus, and the right mindset. What do the most successful salespeople and the most persistent marathoners have in common – and how can we develop that winning attitude that drives us to results, no matter the challenges?

Duel: Saša Ćirić & Predrag Ćirović – Philip Kotler vs. Byron Sharp: The Two Leading Marketing Theorists… Who’s Right?

Two of the most influential marketing theorists with opposing views on how brands grow and how consumers make choices. Kotler stands for the classical approach – segmentation, positioning, and delivering value – while Sharp promotes mass marketing, mental and physical availability, and growth through penetration. A debate that reveals which model best reflects today’s FMCG reality.
